OceanBlu began as a founder-led team building technology for clients — and quickly found itself doing something else as well: researching why systems work the way they do, and what they could become.
That combination shaped the company. Delivery taught us how organizations actually run. Research taught us to ask what should exist before deciding what to build. AI changed what a small, serious team can deliver. And some opportunities were clearly bigger than a project — they deserved to become businesses of their own.
Today OceanBlu is one company with one method: explore what could exist, research whether it should, build what makes it possible and scale what proves valuable.
