People use Windows, macOS, iOS or Android, and developers build products on top. Those systems were designed for humans. AI runs on them too, but they were not made for AI.
Blu OS is an agentic operating system, made for AI, not for humans.
What an OS means for an agent
An operating system is the environment an AI agent understands and can move around in easily, the way a person moves around a desktop. The agent needs a machine, the Blu Box, where the machine and the system are tuned together to use less power and still do heavy work.
The framework
We do not control the models. New ones arrive all the time. We also do not control the chips and memory today. What we can control is the layer in between: how knowledge is retrieved, how agents are run and how the system is tuned for the model.
Use only the context that matters
A large model knows a lot, but a single request needs only a small part of it. Blu OS is designed to focus each task on the context that actually matters. That is how a smaller machine can do serious work.
Our path
We start with hardware that exists today and build our first prototype on it. Models change every day, so the lasting product is the machine and the system around them. Over time we want to design more of it ourselves.
