Why deploying an AI agent is still hard

AI agents are now so common that large businesses and organizations want their own. They want agents that automate their workflow, quickly and at a sensible cost.

What we found

When we wanted to deploy our first agent, the model was the easy part. Everything around it was hard:

• Which model to use, and on which computer.
• Whether to call an online API or run it locally.
• Token costs that grow every month.
• Connecting to the systems the business already has.
• Permissions, training, capabilities and skills for each agent.

In the future this should be simple: plug it in, train it, and let it work. That is the problem Blu Box is built to solve.

Beyond problem solving

People are building robots that run and help at home. For businesses, the most useful intelligence will not look like a robot. It will be a system in a box, with its own operating system, doing analysis and helping with decisions.
